Why do you want to get the visa stamped for your old employer (Employer A)? The Chennai consulate will know that you have a newer H1B with a different company. Your attorney is correct in that joining Employer B as soon as returning from India shows false intent. USCIS could interpret that as fraud and you could be putting your GC at risk (this is just an extreme possibility - but anything can happen).
You should get visa stamp for Employer B when you are in Chennai. The embassy will only want proof of legal status in the US - not the paystubs from the company that you are going to work for (If that is the case - then no one will be able to come to the US for work on H1B - as they will not have any paystubs from the company that they are going to work for).

I got a similar RFE, except I have been asked to provide government documentation stating why mother's name is absent in birth certificate. Can anybody help on what type of government document can I obtain? Getting a new BC won't be possible, as my parents are currently in the US, and would return after the RFE response deadline. Can I get a court order regarding this effect? Any template would help.

1. I came to know that in Mumbai, it is just change of terminals, not airports. Am I right?

I need some serious help with my D50 equipment. I have no experience at all with SLR cameras, and have recently bought a bundle consisting of a Nikon D50 and a Nikon 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G ED AF-S Dxlens. Now I am interested in buying another lens (The Nikon 70-300mm f/4-5.6 AF Zoom Lens) in hope that these two lenses would suit my needs in amateur photography. I intend to photo landscapes, portraits and some ''macro'' (flowers and some insects). So, I would like to know if these lenses are an acceptable choice, having in mind that I can't afford to buy some expensive lenses, as my average monthly salary almost amounts to the price of these cheap ones. I am kind of curious to know if there is anyone like me in same boat. I got 2 RFE (off course one after another once we answer first one) for my I-140 in year 2008. First RFE I got it regarding ability to pay which we answer in January 2008. I got another RFE in August 2008. Second RFE was kind of mix of ability to pay and education validation. For second RFE they ask for university transcript, all experience letter matching with job description from labor certificate, last year's W2 and company's last year bank statement(year 2007). It was one of the huge list I had seen from USCIS.
Long story short what the hell are they doing with all documents they are asking from us? Its being 3 and half months we have answer 2nd RFE but there is no single response from NSC except they have received the documents and processing has resumed. My I-140 is stuck at NSC from January 2007. How long do I have to wait to get my I-140 approval?:mad:
How do I can contact NSC to know what the hell are they doing with my I-140? Guys share your experience so we all can prevail this another backlog mess.

My Employer had not paid me for 5 weeks. Yesterday, I filed the complain to DOLI, VA. Lets see how it would go. I would recomend, if you have waited so long to get your salary dont get affraid to file the complain. It might be slow but definate success.

The 300D and D50 would be too limited in my humble opinion, such that if you plan to buy a body and keep it for a while, you'll run into their "issues" after a little while. Definitely consider 350D or D70(s), along with as good of a lens as you can afford. The 18-70 DX kit lens for Nikon cameras is good from what I've seen from it, but the Canon 18-55 kit lens is sometimes said not to be quite so good. I don't know what to recommend on the Canon side, but there are plenty of folks here who can help you out on that. :)
For what it's worth, I got into photography with an old manual film camera when I was about 9. Then, a few years ago for a very short time, I used a Kodak P&S digital, before getting disgusted with it and going back to film. Finally, this spring my wallet suffered major damage with a used D1 and a couple of lenses (24-85 zoom and 90mm macro). College (this fall) will probably put an end to my photographic acquisitions for a while, but now that the Luminous Landscape did an article on video cameras, I have even more stuff to dream / drool about. Must... hide... credit card... now..! :D

All: In my view what has happened here is usually referred to as "amnesty" In the plea deal, the USCIS and DOS will not be subject to investigation and the community receives its July Bulletin. Although not fair, it is exactly what it is..... a PLEA deal.

I got deported from Chicago when I was travelling back from India because I worked at a gas station with out authorization . I had to admit that I worked and I was deported back by flight same evening . They gave me the ticket .
My visa is cancelled and I was told to go back to consulate and get a new visa .
I want to come back and complete my studies as I have only 1 semester left . Please help what what should I do now .

Since you are deported and the ticker was paid by the US Govt, you are most likely banned to enter the country for 5 years. Even if you are going to the consulate, you wont get the visa. As you admitted guilty, I dont think you can fix this.
