What happens, once he moves to the new employer and his present employer withdraws I-140? For any subsequent H1 transfers/extensions will he will need to have an approved I-140, which is not withdrawn ?
Could there be issues, if new employer does a lay off what happens when perm/i-140 is pending or not filled yet

Yeah you have to open the safe to get the key.
If you wandered around that mansion you would have gotten scraps of paper that had numbers on them.
The 3 numbers make up the combination.
You have to go up the steps, and to the left into a room where there is a safe.
You have to enter the combination quick and without mistakes to open it.
After you get it open youw ill have to fight a boss that is half/half. One half hot and one half cold if I remember correctly (which I probably don't).
After beating him you will get the key to the basement door and some other cool items.

Thank you very much for your help and all the info. I really appreciate it. I actually tried to fill out the Forms DS 156 and DS 157 and got totally lost. The following is my background. I worked at the company A in US as an Electrical Engineer until May, 08 (the end of my 6 year H1). Then, I went back to Malaysia and worked on my family business as a store manager and business owner, selling electrical appliances. My PERM is currently pending over one year now. Accordingly, I got an approval for 1 year and 2 months on my H1. I will now come back to work at company A in US, starting March 5, 09 (the same US company that I worked until May, 08).
I have questions that I am unsure about the Forms DS 156 and DS 157 as the followings:
Form DS 156
- Question 28 (who will pay for your trip): does the trip need to be paid by the US Employer? Can I pay it myself? My concern is I am not sure if I have to pay it myself because of my H1 Status. Pls advise.
- Question 20 (Name and Address of Present Employer or School): I think this should be my current company. In this case, please advise if this should be Company A that I will be start working in March or my family business in Malaysia.
- Question 21 (Present Occupation): should this be Electrical Engineer or Store Manager (Business Owner) for my family business? I actually worked as an Electrical Engineer for over 8 years. I only worked on my family business as a Store manager (Business Owner) for one year. Please advise which one I should put.
- Question 25 (Name and Telephone Numbers of Person in US Who You Will Be Staying With or Visiting for Tourism or Business): I will go back to work at Company A in US, and my brother lives in the same area that I will be working. This is the second major area that needs a great improvement (first being the legislative changes to increase visa numbers somehow). I can't tell, which one of these two issues is more important.
Now that PD is current for a large number of EB2s, you will see approvals coming randomly (not in order of PDs or RDs); largely due to inefficiency of USCIS. They simply dont have enough resources or mechanism to utilize current resources to deal with what they are dealing with. And so, we come across issues like these. It is unfortunate and sad that things at USCIS are running worse than any government office in third world countries.
Regardless, I am glad to see one more example of "Gandhigiri at work". At least he got his GC.

My MTR got approved in 2 months from TSC.
But online status for I485 is not changed yet...... Does anyone has any idea of what process they follow for MTR reopening and I485 status update?

Did you think of maybe reversing the stroke and fill colours of the font to achieve better contrast? instead of green stroke white outline, the apple, for example, reverse it so that it is white on the outside, green on the inside, because the green tends to blend in with the fruit.
Wouldnt the white blend in with the background perhaps? *Just a thought

My view is little different, my friend(32 age) who is a business man (an engineer and MBA)..went with his wife and two kids to b2 stamping, got multiple entry visa for 10 yrs. His preparation is very simple, he showed his business commitments and need of his presence to the businesses he is handling and second..he could convince the consulate that he is visiting to US for the sake of kids enjoy desney...he previously visited s'pore and klm...
if your folks are doing a honest visit..i would suggest them not to show any siblings in US and they show their ability to fund their trip and a convincing reason..(like second honeymoon...or any business conference)...and i remind you there is no set pattern that a few will get and a few won't get...its all up to how you present your case....goodluck

As my friend in this have mentioned.. keep in mind there is no paper that will make it 100% to get a US visa. I have seen luck plays a big role in many of the cases.
