i think this is just another interim or supplemental memo. Oh's website says that the rule making agenda for ac21 has been pushed out until next year.
About 2 weeks back Murthy posted an article in it's bulletin "new AC-21 regulations expected soon" http://www.murthy.com/mb_pdf/050208_P.html which i believe was a result of some discussions USCIS had with AILA?
Now is this new AC-21 memo released today the one being referred to in the above mentioned Murthy bulletin? OR i should still hold my breath for more AC-21 changes coming from USCIS, so they can jeopardize status of people by changing their interpretation of laws every now and then? Anyone?

instead of attacking some one who applied for LS, i suggest it is advisable to direct the anger towards DOL or USCIS.. whoever is responsible.
LC substitution is legal and probably that's why many ppl did it. why shud we blame them. we shud blame the law. and good that its been eliminated now..
i don't think we need to segregate those who applied using LS. May be most of us could have used it if we had not applied labour directly and knew that some LS is available for no price with old PD...

Transit Visa need to Travel Via-Germany if you don't have valid Visa or Travelling on AP.
Please who are travelling Via---> Germany should hold Transit visa, if they don't have Valid US Visa or using AP.
I believe this rule came recently, please see below link of German Consulate Website for more information.
German Missions in the United States - Transit Visa Country List (http://www.germany.info/Vertretung/usa/en/04__Legal/02__Directory__Services/01__Visa/__Transit__Country__List__Visa.html)
This applies to people who are going to India to get Visa at Consulate in India too.
If any one is Travelling Visa- Germany (Frankfurt/Munich etc) please take necessary steps.
And this is new and most of the passengers/Airport people might not be aware, better be safe than sorry later.

I never received a transfer notice from NSC, however my wife received a transfer notice long back (some time in Sep')

Yes, DREAM Act should not discriminate documented children against the undocumented ones. IV should support amending the DREAM act to include documented children too, since IV is fighting for the issues of legals, law-abiding people like us.

Please start a letter campaign: I have been long trying to figure out who exactly is the decision maker for this policy. It would be a great help if we all know where to send the letter and who should we address to...

In my opinion all this 5 months, 6 months rule applies only if you have not waited at any step. Like in EB1 where you can go thru the whole process in an year.. However if they made you stick to the same employer , same position for 10 yrs (maan i.e 1/4th of your working life!!) you can always have a strong argument even if USCIS decides to do something. I think those who got "freedom" , you have worried enough.. now it is the time to "go out" and enjoy!!

No FP notice yet.

I think initially due to rush the NSC sent apps to CSC because either the person's residence was in CA or Lawyer, In my case my lawyer is based in LA, CA. But now CSC is trasferring back the 485 apps to NSC where the 140 is being filled (or may be there is some other criteria). I am waiting for the EAD and AP approvals and FP notice.
