My job description is "xxx mathematician" on the I-140, but what I'm actually doing is developing and supporting scientific programs. The industry is not IT. If I switch back to IT, could it still be "similar job"?

This was already dicussed here in a seperate thread almost 3 weeks ago and everybody knows this is the face saving techniqu of Infosys by paying some not popular channels in USA. just to save from the CHOP SHOP thing.

I think those bills will only be related to toughening border security n patrol..
Most likely...
But if we have a coordinated campaign to target the senators with letters/web faxes...who know we might be able to get some interim relief as part of the border security bills.
We should atleast try to recapture the visa's lost since 2000.
I for one am sending letters to both my senators. I read in one of the posts that sending letters via snail mail is ideal, along with basic info about your I140.
There is an excellent template of such letter in one of the media campaign thread.

I have been in this country close to 11 years, and have PD of Feb 2004 EB3 India, and am thinking if I could apply for EB1 through another company than my employer. I am currently using EAD to work but I recently met someone who got GC through EB1 having started the process in 2008. I am really frustrated with the EB3 progress and have no hope so was thinking of this option. I have Masters with about 13 years of experience. Just wanted to check out if any of you are having similar thoughts and if this is a possible route ?
Also , is Labor substitution still a path or has that been blocked out ?

thanks!! it's always good to hear that i'm improving from someone as good as yourself. it was funny, as i was going back the dirt road, the party kids from the night before were on there way out, they don't know what they missed this morning.
That's why you get up at 4:30! My friends make fun of me for that... The successive ridgelines in the fog make for a real feeling of depth. I've tried that technique a few times, but never pulled it off this well. I also like the aspect ratio you chose, it contributes to the 3-D, receeding-to-a-point, effect. The color here is likewise very nice. The only thing I would say could be better is that the sun is distorted by the cloudline. It would be better if totally obscured, or better resolved. In any case, you can't control the clouds. Super shot.

the blue boxes are containers which contains images/ video thumbnails etc.
by clicking the controls the boxes should move too and fro.

Sir/Madam,
I was able to file for 485 during the summer of 07, have an EAD but never used. I got married later, and my spouse is currently on H4. I have to maintain the H1 to support the H4. I have a very good opportunity to move up in my job - Is there a way use my EAD and still support legal stay of my spouse?
